LUCY
Lucy is a 10 year old Quarter Pony who was acquired by SIRA in 2005. Most of our participants are immediately drawn to Lucy's friendly nature. Lucy's sturdy build and long stride help to gently stretch a child's leg muscles and stimulate their hips and pelvis. Nothing scares Lucy, which makes her the perfect mount for a game of ball on horseback, or a rider who can't sit quietly. Lucy is particularly popular with our friends at Community Resources Day Hab Program. She loves the attention and grooming she receives on the days that they visit.

Danny
Danny is a 25 year old Quarter Horse Gelding. Danny has a great disposition and is ideal for our independent riders. He was trained and competed as a show horse until enjoying his retirement in our program.

PEARL
Pearl is our veteran therapy pony. She is a favorite with our littlest riders. Pearl is a star with our Moms evident by all the carrots they bring her. Pearl is in her mid thirties. Her trustworthy character and the care she shows with our small clients make her an ideal therapy pony. Pearl's favorite pastime when she is not assisting one of our riders is to eat grass and play in the field with her pals.
